The electrifying force behind EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) training, Heather is here to supercharge your fitness journey. Armed with a degree in Psychology and Health Education, Heather has dedicated her entire life to the world of fitness and wellness. With a spark of humor and a passion for helping others, Heather brings a jolt of energy to every workout session. She believes in improving not just physical health, but also mental well-being, mobility, and strength. Whether it's on the tennis court, golf course, ski slopes, or hiking trails, Heather loves to stay active and adventurous. In August 2022, Heather took the plunge and established her own EMS training studio, aptly named 'Electric Body LLC.' Her mission is simple: to provide the most effective and enjoyable workouts tailored to each individual's needs, all while keeping a smile on their face.

Amy Bailey brings her NYC energy to your fitness routine. As a fitness junkie and former competitive soccer and tennis player, this EMS personal trainer will have you sculpting, defining, and pushing your limits—all while having an absolute blast. Her motivational style ensures you'll achieve incredible results without even realizing how hard you've worked. Outside of the studio, Amy maintains her active lifestyle through skiing, playing tennis, hiking, spinning, and spending time with her two young children.
